Amazingly fast mushrooming numbers of NGOs had been appearing out of nowhere. The new ones always seem to harp on matters favouring BN.
Religion. So many years since TDM time, fear is being created out of non-existent problems with regards to Islam. So many years that this strategy continue to work. But as more Malaysians are educated, Religion is becoming less effective. Even though the effects may not be as great as before, it still works with the simple minded people.
A lot of people thought that being tolerant meant being silent. The problem with silence is that whenever less people speak out, the more effective a fear campaign becomes. I am so glad that the real NGO had started to speak out.

We need more of such brave Malaysians but we need more brave Muslims brothers to speak out the real situation especially when the defence strategy against anyone who dares speak are telling the other party that they have no right/qualification to speak and they will carry out street demos (without any need for license and yet not get into trouble).
The more the real truth is brought out into the open, the less effective is the strategy of "telling the lies over and over again, it will become the perceived truth".
