Procedure for trainers:
Print out the pdf file for participants to fill in during registration. As we always encounter problems with scrawled hand-writing for email addresses, we are asking the participants to fill in one character at a time to minimize errors in data capture.

Request the host to second someone to help with data entry. Use the excel file worksheet "Form for Data Entry" to key in the participants data during the training session so that you can verify any entry with the participants immediately. Send a test mail immediately to authenticate the email address. Similarly, send a miss call to verify the mobile no.
When it is completed, send a copy to pacabatraining@gmail.com and pywong@tindakmalaysia.com.
