    Religion as a powerful weapon

You can use it over & over again.

Lots & lots of people know about it. Yet it could stir up new/same feelings each time it is being used.

What makes PAS what it is

When you read the abovementioned and then formed a perception/impression, what will you get?

    1. Hassan Ali has to be a trojan horse. That would be the majority perception. If he's not & if he is really out there to protect the religion, he certainly does not know that he is being used each time. UMNO sure knows how to trigger Hassan's weak point and use him to speak out and each time he did, he seemed to be speaking against PR & for UMNO.
    2. Does the common law has any jurisdiction when it comes to matters involving the religion? If not, why the need for Bar Council to speak out?
    3. Human rights & religion. Does it mix well? Will a religious fanatic/extremist be influenced by the rights of a human especially an infidel?
    4. Christian authority speaks up. Does it help the situation or UMNO's strategy even more? Who is the interested audience here? The people who practice tolerance or the people who follow what the "authorities" preached. Extremism is used to trigger the devil in each of us. When it takes over, we can not think logically.

Do we have any compassion and tolerance left each time UMNO uses the religion & race cards? Our anger and our worst behaviour are exactly what UMNO hopes to bring out. We need to direct this anger and frustration into the most effective way i.e. oust UMNO in GE13. Help to spread the message. Malaysia & Malaysian will no longer tolerate intentional aggravation of religion or race hatre.

Christian groups on drive to convert Muslims, Malay papers report

This is getting serious. This time they will not let go. Desperate people do desperate things. ISA must be imposed on those claiming/reporting such stories without proof but hearsay. So far no UMNO spokesperson made any outburst even Ibrahim Ali. This is like pouring as much fuel into the fire and see how big the flame will go. PR must start official investigation.

Even Malaysian Insider seemed to make this their no. 1 story of the year. I wonder....

Inter-faith group says Jais raid an attempt to create religious strife

1st impression is that the Inter-Faith group is doing the right thing by speaking out. BUT this is exactly what the instigators want. More & more people to speak out as it will trigger a lot of feelings.

This should be left to the right authorities not in MSM or even online. Who controls the religion in a state? Why is the person who holds the power keeping quiet? Is he unaware of such explosive incident?

PR must resolve this soonest possible and not let the situation boils. Bring it to the attention of the number 1 in the state for religious matters and have him say something. Whatever he say will determine the next step. Will he want to be logical or irrational? We shall wait anxiously.

    Pemuda PAS sokong tindakan Jais

Gee. A little misleading headline but this is from FMT not MSM. I wonder if it meant to attract readers or create a wrong impression.

"Yang salah dalam peraturan dan prosedur harus ditegur" should be in the caption as well.

Er...not really a wise decision. The matter has to be resolved immediately. Not prolong. Too many advisors in this incidents.

Senator Ezam threatens to 'burn down' news portals

I am just so curious. Whenever stupid people come out to play, do they come out together all the time or is it because their pay master insist on unity is strength. But how could kataks earned the respect of the people?

Anyway, the FEAR strategy is poorly utilised in this case. Threaten to burn/kill/etc is now legal in the name of Islam/UMNO. No one need to be worry if they threaten to kill anyone especially when UMNO is protecting their arses (literally).

Also when is it acceptable/legal (if the law exists/applicable for these people in Malaysia) for people to hide behind Islam to insult the others in public?

Demos in Selangor and Penang to show support for Jais

Gerakan Anti-Murtad (Anti-Apostate Movement) & Datuk Zulkifli Noordin. Anytime this guy appears, we know who he represents and could not be trusted. I wonder why UMNO still uses him. But I am glad that they continue to do so and thus UMNO strategy could be identified.

Penang PAS members showing support for Selangor exco member Datuk Dr Hasan Mohamed Ali. Is it me or am I being paranoid? Penang Malays beginning to look like Pakistanis. Anyway, anyone saying that The Star could tell the truth can not be trusted. I am sure glad that we are dealing against this level of UMNO "intelligence" strategist.

Islamic groups ask Jais to act against proselytisation

PROOF. Then again, you have those anonymous complaints or the complainer could no longer be found but the complaints would still be act upon.

JAIS raid video appears on pro-Umno blogs

Section 6 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (Selangor) Act 1995 under which the 12 Muslims are being investigated. “This section states that anyone who accuses a Muslim of converting and the accusation is found to be false the accuser can be liable for up to a fine of RM5,000 or three years in jail or both.”

Any more accusers should be subjected to Section 6!

Let's hope for more "expose" since these "expose" seemed to be on the side of the truth and no matter how/what they spin, the truth always come out.
