Postal voting seems to be shrouded in mystery and fear. We hope this video will help postal voters have a better understanding of the postal voting process. We will explain to you
1) how to protect the secrecy of your vote;
2) what are the procedures available in the system to protect it ;
3) and how the postal polling agents (PACAPOS) can play a role to protect it.

Step 1: Check finger & IC (Mykad, Police, Military, Temporary IC, Passport)
Step 2: Apply Indelible ink, wrap finger in a plastic bag to prevent smudging
Step 3: Check ballot paper for smudges or hidden dots
Step 4: Mark X opposite the candidate of your choice
Step 5: Cast your Vote, leave the classroom
Step 6: Stay

步骤：
一：检查身份证及手指
二：涂上不褪色墨汁 ＋戴上"保护罩"
三：检查你的选票，不能有黑点或任何污迹
四：画 "x" 在你的选票上
五：把选票投入票箱，离开投票课室
六： 留在来帮忙看看有没有幽灵选民
