    For healthy lifestyle, take a low-protein diet of vegetable protein. Indian yoga practice is 8gm per kg of body weight per day. Eg for 60kg person, 48 gm vegy protein a day.

    the chinese food we get here greatly differs since they coome from different regions in china and so they have different styles. Same as pizza here in the US. Chicago pizza is very different from NY pizza.
